At YsgrifAur, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our notebooks, journals, file organizers, and desk accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- In the original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless they are defective or we have made an error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Items not in their original condition.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. Please include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and then place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
