Shipping & Delivery Information
At YsgrifAur, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected stationery products to you reliably and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures for all orders of Notebooks & Journals, File Folders & Organizers, and Desk Organizers & Pen Holders.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one Standard Shipping method for all orders. All items are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally to most countries. The estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 7-21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country's customs and postal services.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination country. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping; all orders incur a shipping fee.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link and tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you experience any issues with tracking, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system after you receive the dispatch notice.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to YsgrifAur. We cannot predict or control these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment, which will incur additional shipping fees.
