YsgrifAur sells stationery products including, but not limited to, Notebooks & Journals, File Folders & Organizers, and Desk Organizers & Pen Holders. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inaccuracies.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YsgrifAur, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. 5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, customized, or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
